PACE Patrol
Help identify neighbourhood concerns.
PACE Patrol is a reporting and issue-tracking function. It collects information for review, appropriate referral, and potential advocacy.
For emergencies, call 911.
For emergencies, call 911. PACE does not monitor reports continuously and is not an emergency response or police reporting service.
What PACE Patrol is — and isn’t
It is
- A private way to flag lighting, infrastructure, and safety concerns.
- A record that helps identify patterns across the neighbourhood.
- A route to appropriate referral and possible advocacy.
It is not
- A staffed street patrol, safe-walk, or neighbourhood-watch deployment.
- A police, 311, emergency, or enforcement service.
- A place to name alleged offenders or publish complaints.
How reporting works
- Step 1
You report a concern
Share a category, approximate location, and a factual description. Contact details are optional.
- Step 2
PACE reviews it privately
Submissions are confidential. A reviewer assesses each one and records what happens to it.
- Step 3
It’s referred or tracked
Where appropriate, concerns are referred to the right service or tracked to spot patterns over time.
